Once you have made a selection on your item and/or we’ve reached a final decision for your item, the fun begins and we will get to work creating and crafting your beautiful gift! While we try to keep most items in stock, production is necessary at time. We keep an open line of communication and will inform you of the process of your item(s).

Once creation of your item(s) is complete and quality check is complete, we promptly and carefully package your item(s) and send them enroute to their final destination!

What size are your flags?
We strive to make all of our flags according to scale ratio. Our standard flags are 19″x37″, but custom sizes are available.
When can I expect my product once ordered?
We try to keep some stock available for quick turn around, but in the event we don’t have the stock, we keep open and clear communication about timeframe expectancy. We aim for your product to be in your hands in 5-7 days. Any changes in the timeframe are communicated with you.
What happens if my product is damaged?
No matter how hard we try, mistakes do happen. If you received your order and there is a manufacturing defect, reach out and let us know. We strive for customer service and we will work to make it right.
